I have 40+ years in the hotel/motel customer service industry and I have never experienced worse customer service than I have in this hotel. I would never recommend it to anyone.
Poor customer service and uncleaned rooms, no courtesy shuttle even though advertised someone needs to make this right, rooms are extremely expensive.
How Good is Super 8's Customer Service?
My experience not good. The floors were dirty, microwave dirty, and when I asked for additional towels because there was 3 people in the room. The desk clerk gave me 3 dirty towels and ripped as if they had been shewed up. I sent photos earlier. I didn't say anything because I didn't want any type of confrontation.
The worst motel I've ever stayed at
It was crap they offered me 6.88 dollars into solve my issue
I paid a a total of $500 to stay for 4 days I had to pay $60 in what they call entertainment fees $125 for a deposit for my room plus the $400 just to stay there for this okay I didn't have a refrigerator all the towels were stained when we got there cuz we took our own towels and use those one washed right I used up theirs from their coffee pot overflowed out of the malfunction of the coffee pot and they're charging me $125 for one washcloth being stained I took the towels to the office when I checked out and told them we didn't even use them and they were all state they're saying it's three towels not one washcloth they also claim that I have an animal in the room my two granddaughters at 13 and 14 I hardly consider animals. The hotel tells me on Wednesday when I still don't have my deposit back that I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for the following Monday which is now 7 Days by business days they say that it could take another day or two okay so then I call again on Thursday I still don't have it but I still have to wait another day or two then 2 weeks later now I finally get a hold of someone who tells me that they're charging me $125 for a washcloth and because I had a dog in the room the damage to the room well I have no pets I don't have a dog I don't have a cat I don't have a bird I don't even have fish now a of the a few of the people that stayed there is that two doors down from me there was a man with a dog who was from Hawaii his license plate said and about 3 doors down from him was an older couple that also had a dog I don't know where their license plate was from I do not appreciate being accused of having something I do not have do, nor do I appreciate being lied to for two weeks and then accusing me of something that didn't happen I want my deposit money back and I'm going to keep calling every *** day till I get it back
I have already done this Super 8 is the worst Motel Ever it was one month so far that we're here because my house is being renovated it took three and a half weeks for them to change the sheets they did not get trashed they did not sweep they did not know the ice machine is nasty the condenser has black goop running down into the ice machine the microwave in my room is nasty we have not used it and will not use it there are continental breakfast is laughable they don't even have coffee there are no coffee makers in your room we don't have the hair dryer or the iron just a small room two beds with me and my daughter and three kids and there's nothing here for kids but the five-year-old had an accident in the bed and I offered to take the sheet and wash it myself they said no I better give them $20 or they would kick me out that day even though we've given them $1,600 breakfast is laughable when they have it starts at 6:00 supposedly be out there at 6:20 nothing lights not on nothing this is the worst hotel clerks are rude hateful and condescending do not come here
